The Grampians (Gariwerd) are an ancient sandstone mountain range where you can experience amazing views from the mountain top, some beautiful waterfalls or rock climb and walk amongst Australian bushland. Aboriginals inhabited the region for up to 32,000 years and that up to 70% of Indigenous rock art in Victoria is in this region with well over 100 sites identified. 4 are promoted to tourists.

    David Sargent I can totally recommend a trip to the Grampians. Great walking tracks that are not too difficult, waterfalls, forests and views across the western plains from hilltops are just some of the attractions.
