Years ago, I never believed that it could ever snow in Victoria, until I visited to snowy ski resort that is Mt Buller. About 208 kilometres (3 hours by car) away from Melbourne, Mt Buller is located in the Shrine of Mansfield that offers a great range of ski activities that is normally unseen around in a warm climate in Australia. The best part is visitors are allowed to come to the resort to get away for the week, or only visit for one a day if they wish to.

Mt Buller contains a three terrain parkland environment where you can test your skills or just ski for fun. You can ski through the slopes and terrains of Bourke Street to have a relaxing time, and travel up in the air via chairlifts to give a nice view of the entire resort. The long parkland terrains allow visitors to simply have fun chucking snow at each other to get in the mood too. The skiing is not the only part to look forward though; Mt Buller is equipped with a spa resort to help, bars and restaurants and nightlife activities to get you by during your lengthy stay.
