About the Tour

Enjoy Sydney sightseeing, a fresh bite to eat with the choice of either a morning tea and coffee cruise or BBQ lunch cruise. Stop for a swim or snorkel while on the ultimate Sydney Harbour cruise. Relax while you see the sights of Sydney from the water as you cruise around Sydney Harbour before stopping at a beautiful harbour location for a swim or snorkel. Or if the family or friends want to swim but you don't then you can explore the island on foot at your leisure. This is a must-do experience this Summer!

The island’s in Sydney Harbour National Park. Positioned in Sydney Harbour, 1km from the mouth of Rose Bay, Shark Island is a picnic spot with a difference. Explore the island's foreshore, go swimming or relax in front of amazing Sydney Harbour views.

With its lush grassy areas, picnic shelters and spacious gazebo and amazing 360° views, the island is the perfect place and disembarking after lunch, you can explore the island’s foreshore and grottos, hand built in the early 1900s and hiding a range of tide pool creatures.

“At Shark Island, the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House just can’t be overstated. A picnic island in the middle of the harbour – what a treat.” The 1.5ha Island sits in Sydney Harbour, just 1km from Rose Bay. Shark Island is named because of its shape, not its wildlife.
