Swim with Great White Sharks, Port Lincoln

If there is one thing you must add to your bucket list, it has to be shark cage diving with Great Whites!

As the creators of Australia’s first advanced eco-certified shark cage diving experience, we offer visitors the once in a lifetime opportunity to swim with the legendary Great White Shark in its natural habitat.

We are also proud to introduce to you the world’s first Shark “Aqua Sub”. A revolutionary new way to view Great White Sharks in their natural habitat. A glass viewing area with 360 degree views underwater. View the Sharks while staying completely dry!

Our full day tour takes you from Port Lincoln marina to ‘shark bay’ at Neptune Island, approximately 70kms south of Port Lincoln, South Australia. On the way, see spectacular scenery as you cruise through the Thorny Passage and expect sightings of inquisitive local dolphins and sea birds.

To ensure we are protecting the natural environment, we use audio sound vibrations to attract the sharks to the boat rather than berley. The benefits of using sound vibration is that it is omnidirectional (that is, it travels in all directions underwater), it’s instantaneous and completely eco friendly – and funnily enough, the Great White shark’s favourite choice of music is the rock tunes from AC/DC – go figure!

When the Great White’s arrive at the boat, you can choose to swim with the sharks from the safety of a hardened steel cage, or take in the thrilling sight from the safety of the boat above the water!

Full Intinerary

Experience a chance to see the legendary Great White Shark in its natural habitat. Join us for a day tour, which will take approximately 10-12hours depending on sightings and conditions. We cruise through the Thorny Passage to where you can expect to see sightings of dolphins and local sea birds. It takes approximately 2.5hours of cruising before we reach the Neptune Islands, home of the Great White Shark.

When the Great White Sharks arrive you can opt to jump in the cage and actually swim with these endangered species and/or enter our glass underwater viewing area (Aqua Sub) for an access fee of $100. This additional fee includes; 7mm Wetsuit, booties, hood, gloves, mask, and a Hookah Dive Set Up. All dives are surface dives using “hookah” (surface air supply) meaning no cumbersome air tanks! You will only be 2-4 feet below the surface at all times and free to surface at any time. Dives are generally 45 minutes, there is no Scuba Diving experience required. We will provide you with training on the day!

Please note: You may not return until 7 or 8pm that evening, however we do return earlier if possible.
