Day One - Monday - Launceston, Hobart, Port Arthur - LSmall group tour of Tasmania

Pick up from your Hotel at about 08:30 (Launceston) then, drive via the Heritage Highway to the historic Midland towns of Ross (famous for its carved stone bridge) and Oatlands (with many fine colonial stone cottages). Arrive in Hobart and pick up (11:30) then drive to the top of the Mt Wellington (1270m) for spectacular views in all directions. After a short drive in the city, head to the Tasman Peninsula for more spectacular coastline of Tasman National Park and its sea cliffs from the lookout. Next, see the nature's wonders - the Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devil's Kitchen. Overnight at Port Arthur 

Day Two - Tuesday - Port Arthur, East Coast, Bicheno - B/L

Visit Port Arthur Historical Site for a guided walking tour and browse at the site to learn about convicts history of Tasmania; then a short visit to a boutique chocolate factory "Federation Chocolates" before leaving the Tasman Peninsula for the East Coast. Next is Swansea - a beautiful East Coast town. At Freycinet National Park view famous Wineglass Bay from Tourville Cape Lookout. The tour makes a brief stop at Freycinet Marine Farm if you fancy freshly picked oysters and steamed mussels (own expense), arrive in Bicheno. An optional penguin tour is available in the evening. Overnight Bicheno

Day Three - Wednesday - Bicheno, St Helens, Launceston - B/LTasmania small group tour

See the amazing Blowhole at Bicheno, visit a multi-award winning East Coast wildlife park before heading to St Helens. See the granite-rock coastline of the Bay of Fire and one of the Tasmania's best beaches at Binalong Bay. Drive towards Launceston via Scottsdale. On the way, see magnificent St Columba Falls (90m), carved memorial trees at Legerwood. Arrive in Launceston about 17:30. Overnight Launceston

Day Four - Thursday - Launceston, Mole Creek, Cradle Mt.-B/ L

First, a short drive through Launceston downtown on the way to Cataract Gorge where we stroll around at this recreational reserve of the Launceston city. After a refreshing morning in Launceston, drive to Chudleigh Honey Farm for free honey tasting of more than fifty varieties of honey. Honey ice-cream with different flavour is highly recommended (own expense). Next, visit Maracoopa Cave near Mole Creek for a guided tour of limestone cave (see glow worms) that is millions of years old. Travel to the World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain National Park. Overnight Cradle Mountain National Park

Day Five - Friday - Cradle Mt., Rosebery, Strahan,Queenstown - B/LSmall group tour of Tasmania - Tasmanian Devil

Still in the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, drive to famous Dove Lake, view the magnificent Cradle Mountain at the background, take a short walk to glacier rock and then enjoy pleasant walk along the creek called "enchanted walk" and see beautiful cascade and Pencil Pine Waterfall. On the way to Strahan, pass through beautiful Lake Rosebery, historic mining towns, view the Southern Ocean (see as far as you can imagine - perhaps Argentina?). Arrive in Strahan a most west town of Tasmania See the historical train station at Regatta Point. Take an easy and refreshing walk through rainforest to see samples of Tasmania's trees and Hogarth Falls. Visit old saw mill and an award winning woodcraft centre with beautifully designed woodworks on display. Overnight Queenstown


Day Six - Saturday - Queenstown, Lake St Clair, Hobart - B/LSmall group tour of Tasmania

Queenstown is a historic mining town reflecting of past glory and surrounded by mine-coloured mountains. After a short visit to Queenstown, head towards Hobart. En route, enjoy a short walk to beautiful Nelson Falls and turn at Derwent Bridge to see Lake St Clair - Australia's deepest lake. Drive through highland lakes and rivers and Hydroelectric Power Generators. Next stop is Mt Field National Park to view famous Russell Falls (regularly seen on Tasmanian calendars) and the Tall Trees before the tour concludes in Hobart about 17:45. We drop you off at your CBD hotel or at the Hobart Travel and Information Centre.




Departs Monday - Launceston 8:30am, Hobart 11:30am  Concludes: Hobart, Saturday 17:45 pm - Drop off at CBD Hotel
