Melbourne kayaking tour, River to the sky

Our kayaking tours of Melbourne are an exhilarating combination of paddling right through the heart of Melbourne with the awe inspiring view from the top of Melbourne’s tallest building, Eureka Skydeck 88.

Skydeck 88 is only a short stroll from the end of your City Kayak Tour and offers unparalled views of the city and surrounding area. Trace your paddling route from Docklands to the thriving restaurant scene at Southgate and peer out over Port Phillip Bay and the Dandenong Ranges. Test your courage with 'The Edge' - a glass cube which projects 3 meters out from the building - with you in it - suspended almost 300 meters above the ground! And of course, all the restaurants and attractions are there ready to be enjoyed once you have finished your tour.

Where: Meet at Shed 2 Docklands. The tour ends at the Parks Victoria landing at Southgate just a short stroll from Eureka Skydeck 88, Flinders Street Station and the city.

When: The River to the Sky Tour is available as an add on with every scheduled Moonlight Kayak Tour.

Duration: It takes about 2.5 hours to complete the kayaking leg of the tour of which about 2 hours is actual paddling time. Allow an extra hour if you are continuing on to the Eureka Skydeck 88.

Cost: $112

Includes: All paddling accessories, waterproof bags, fishnchips and bottle of water. Entry to Eureka Skydeck 88. “The Edge” is optional and additional costs apply. Go to www.eurekaskydeck.com.au for more details
