Our Country Farm B&B

Avon Valley B&B Accommodation, Western AustraliaOur B&B is situated 1 hour 30 minutes from Perth and 10 minutes drive south of York in the Avon Valley. The farm is a place to come and relax, watch the animals graze and walk among the vast array of native Australian trees including a sandalwood plantation. Our property includes 58 Ha of gently sloping land on the banks of the Avon River. All of the river bank area is natural bush and the property is a “Land for Wildlife” site. The country style farm house was completed in July 2007 and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and farmland.

Breakfast Basket, Lunch Box and BBQ Dinner Pack available with 1 weeks notice. You’ll enjoy the communal campfire which we light, weather permitting on Saturday night during winter. More frequently during the July school holidays. Where else but at our farmstay can you hand feed an ostrich, pat a bull and scratch a pig?
